The project consisted of a seven-story mixed-use development. The apartment building includes a rooftop terrace, hot tub, gym, private courtyards, a subterranean parking garage, and16,000 SF of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor including the Little Italy Food Hall. The project is unique in that the north and south properties were formerly bisected by Date Street, a public street.

The project opens up onto the Piazza della Famiglia, a 10,000 SF European-style public plaza including a fountain and coffee shop. It has become a gathering place for farmers markets, concerts, and cultural events.
