The 268-unit project is located on 12 acres in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. NOVA Engineering prepared all Civil Engineering documentation for entitlements and construction documents. The project included a three-story apartment buildings with 254 units, a two-story 10,000 SF club room with professional culinary kitchen, a 24 hour sports club, outdoor fitness area, electrical vehicle charging stations, barbecue islands and fire pit lounge, swimming pool and spa, and a sun deck with private outdoor cabanas. The community contains sustainable features including water saving features, electric vehicle charging stations, a 216 kW Photovoltaic solar energy system supplying 90% of the electricity for common areas and amenities, Low-E vinyl windows to reduce head gain and loss, and low or no irrigation landscaping.
